JMM Management Group, LLC has developed an online tool called the Regulatory Affairs Environmental Compliance Knowledge Centre (Knowledge Centre). It is a collaborative regulatory affairs web workplace that consolidates and monitors Federal, State and Local/Municipal regulations for underground storage tank (UST) operational compliance across the country. The Knowledge Centre offers further requirement details for air quality and waste management.
The dynamic online framework that JMM utilizes allows end users to access/comprehend pertinent information quickly. Each state is divided into three primary sections: UST Operational Compliance, Air Quality, and Waste Management. Within each of these three primary sections, subsections accurately reference regulations as they pertain to specific regional, county and/or municipal requirements.
