Duke City Fueling Joins JMM Management’s Compliance Program.
|

Effective May 1st, 2009, JMM will handle all petroleum compliance related issues for the five Duke City Fueling C-Stores base in Albuquerque, New Mexico. By joining JMM’s compliance program, Duke City Fueling will have all of its permits, tests and maintenance histories stored electronically. JMM will handle the day to day alarms and keep monthly testing current. JMM’s Emergency Response will prevent Duke City Fueling from having any unnoticed releases into the environment. |

JMM to provide Knowledge Centre for AST/UST Compliance

JMM is currently preparing for the launch of the Knowledge Centre for all AST and UST operators for compliance management. This online tool will provide access to state and federal regulations and standards. Users will also be able to access contact lists for agencies across the country. A list of facility summaries and answers to frequently asked questions pertaining to UST water quality, air quality and waste management will be available. |

JMM Management Group, LLC signs MSA with Terradex, Inc.

JMM Management Group, LLC has entered an agreement with Terradex, Inc. to partner on GIS referencing. JMM will implement Terradex's LandWatch system of tracking institutional and engineering controls into JMM's Integrated Property Management System. The module of integrating LandWatch’s monitoring and alert services into IPMS allows a wide range of land activity data to be viewed including excavation clearance, future construction activity, real estate transactions and sensitive uses. |

The National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) annual tradeshow was held in downtown Chicago the first weekend in October. JMM participated in the NACS Show by exhibiting a tradeshow booth, complete with handouts, brochures, giveaways and demonstrations of JMM’s APEC system. |
