The web/database developer will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining web sites and web-based applications, utilizing a variety of development tools and technologies. This individual will interface with other developers and project managers.

Help JMM Management Group, LLC be a leader in the industry by acting as the Environmental Compliance Field Services Technician who will be assisting with regional and global portfolios of various sizes and maintaining environmental regulatory compliance for multiple Underground/Aboveground Storage Tank UST/AST Facilities. Other responsibilities include working on-site for equipment installation, test connectivity, and perform various tests for underground storage tanks, lines and leak detectors.

Requirements: • Knowledge of UST/AST testing requirements and federal/state environmental regulations is required • Full and complete understanding of gasoline (fuel) dispensing facilities tank and pump equipment is required • Full and complete understanding of electronic monitoring equipment (ie. Red Jacket, OPW and Gilbarco VeederRoot) is required • Willingness to extensively travel for site visits/inspections, while being away from home several weeks at a time • Able to climb, bend, kneel and stand for various periods of time • Able to lift up to 50 pounds • Clean driving record (no DWI/OWI and no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years) is required • Two years of relevant field experience in UST/AST operation is required • Gilbarco VeederRoot Level II or higher (preferred) • ICC Certified (preferred) • UST/AST Testing Certifications (preferred) • Corrosion Protection Certifications (preferred) • California Designated Operator Certification (preferred)
Essential Skills: • Able to perform and understand equipment surveying and testing • A broad environmental compliance background with strong experience in providing technical assistance and information to clients • Ability to write, review, and complete preparation of environmental documents and reports/site assessment forms • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word (data entry) • Ability to work in a “team-environment”, as well as be self-initiated • Field-to-office experience is a plus
Responsibilities: • Perform site assessments • Plan routes of travel for site visits • Data entry to in-house applications • Customer interaction for troubleshooting • Assist Project Manager in daily operations |
