The Environmental Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of environmental permitting and other regulatory approvals/notifications for numerous regional and global client portfolios of varying size.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties
•Multi-media permitting responsibilities (e.g., air, storage tank, storm water, NPDES, wastewater, hazardous materials storage, etc.)
•Development of facility plans/manuals (e.g., SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention, Emergency Contingency, EPCRA, etc.)
•Preparation and/or review of technical reports outlining findings from internally conducted compliance audits

Essential Skills:
- Broad environmental compliance background with strong experience in providing technical assistance and information to Clients and Regulatory Agencies
- In-depth knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations including: Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act
- Ability to write, review, and complete preparation of environmental documents, reports and permit applications with limited guidance/oversight
- Ability to translate field-completed survey forms into comprehensive technical reports outlining deficiencies and best management practices
- Thorough knowledge of gasoline dispensing facilities including tank and pump equipment
- Ability to interface with Regulatory Agencies in a professional manner
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and ability to handle multiple project assignments while adhering to strict deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience working in a regulatory environment
- (Preferred) Knowledge of and experience in permitting storage tank operations (notably in California)
- (Preferred) Professional Certifications or willingness to pursue registration (such as: CHMM, CIH, REHS, PE, REA)
- (Preferred) Degree in Environmental related discipline
